Yes. 2.9M people, 6M in GTA, 75% visitors June-Oct. King St packed 4-7pm. Islands full by 11am Sat-Sun. Tuesday quieter than Saturday. Bike beats car downtown.
Do I need a car downtown?
No. TTC every 4-8 mins, 24h streetcar on King and Queen. Parking $35-50/day. Islands no cars. UP Express from Pearson 25 mins. Car only for Niagara — 1h30 without traffic, 2h30 with.
