Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Next Getaway account and the data associated with it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete from the app (fastest)
- Open the Next Getaway app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Edit profile → Delete my profile.
- Confirm the deletion. Your account is removed immediately.
Request deletion by email
No longer have the app installed? Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Account deletion request.” We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile, including your name, travel preferences, and profile photo
- Your trips and itineraries
- Your saved places and favorites
What we may retain
Records we are legally required to keep — such as purchase and tax records — are retained for as long as the law requires, then deleted. These records are no longer linked to a usable account. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
